Dahlet Qorrot bay is a small pretty beach located in the northern part of Gozo island. It is surrounded by caves and rocks that provide sufficient shade during hot summer time. The sea in the bay is tranquil, deep and warm. The landscape of the bay, providing numerous caves and rocks, is very picturesque and fascinating.
The bottom of the sea is sandy, but the beach itself has a large concrete platform to sunbathe on. It will be a wonderful place of rest for those who love to rest calmly and to sunbathe reading a book or just contemplating the sea-scape, listening to the waves.
Clean and calm sea water will be definitely appreciated by the tourists who are keen on scuba diving and snorkeling. Also the sea is widely used by local fishermen and the tourists will have a possibility to observe them working.
The beach has minimal facilities and can boast only with a shack bar which is opened only during summer season. It isn`t its weak point – numerous services lead to numerous visitors and lots of noise.
