St George`s Bay has the most popular artificial sandy beach of St Julian`s town. Originally it was rocky, but the local government filled this territory with lot of sand bought abroad. The beach is rather small and it is very popular among the tourists, so it is almost always crowded.
It is surrounded by hotels, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, so the night life here is very active and vivid and everyone will find suitable entertainment.
St George`s Bay beach is very modern and well-conditioned, and provides lots of facilities that will make your rest more pleasant and comfortable. The rent of umbrellas and deckchairs is available daily. If you are fond of active rest, you have an opportunity to rent equipment for water sports and attractions – banana boats, water skis, canoes and equipment for diving and snorkeling.
There are numerous kiosks on the beach where sandwiches, ice-cream and refreshing drinks can be bought, so no one will be hungry and thirsty.
Transport is not a problem here and you can easily get to the Saint George`s bay by bus or by taxi.

If you need calm beach and free space, go early in the morning. After 11:00 the beach becomes too crowded.

Not the best beach. Overcrowded and the water is not as nice as at the other beaches. It is close to St Julians though

A tiny beach with a thin layer of coarse sand and small swimming area. Not bad, anyway

Too crowded and too many tourists. If u wanna sunbath, go to Sliema instead and find a spot close to the point or take a boat to comino!

The sand on this small bay is a little rough and it can get very crowded in summer, but there are snack bars, public toilets, it's close to the centre of St Julians and really popular with visitors.

The water is perfectly lovely here and this is a nice little beach if you don't want to journey to the big beaches up north or east.
